Voyance started with a mission to democratize access to data science and to become the go-to Data+AI infrastructure platform in Africa.

The data science start-up was founded in 2019 by Ebot Tabi and they have raised $500,000 in a pre-seed round.  The likes of Chidinma Iwueke, Beta Venture, Zedcrest, HoaQ club, Assembly Investors, Seni Sulyman, Fola Olatunji-David amongst others were present at the round.  

This funding will enable them to continue their product efforts to expand their Data+AI to support more data sources, advance transformation functions and advanced analytics. It will also see them roll out two flagship products Sigma and Manhattan DB.

 Ovo Emorhokpor, General Partner at Beta Ventures highlighted the importance of Voyance’s work and also expressed his delight in being able to participate. Sigma and Manhattan DB will be available for professionals and businesses and will be easily accessed in a simple, elegant and fast way.
