Their client is a prominent holding company that manages multiple e-commerce brands within the Home and Decor space. As they continue to expand their digital marketing efforts, they are seeking an Graphic Designer with a strong background in ad design, email marketing, and content editing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English skills, a creative eye for design, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Design and Creative:
- Create high-performance ad designs with compelling copy and taglines.
- Edit and refine creative content to ensure it aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
- Develop visually appealing ads for various platforms, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions.
- Email Design:
- Design and update drip email campaigns, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Craft ongoing marketing emails for multiple e-commerce brands, maintaining consistency with brand voice and style.
- Utilize Klayvio for email marketing; training will be provided if needed, but prior experience is highly advantageous.
- Content Editing:
- Edit content using Photoshop and other relevant tools to produce high-quality visuals.
- Edit videos and add audio for social media platforms like Instagram.
- Use Canva to create and enhance graphics for marketing purposes.
- Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective creative strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent marketing efforts across all brands.

- Engaging Email Campaigns:Â Your email designs are visually appealing and effective, contributing to increased open and click-through rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Ad Design Experience:Â Strong background in creating high-performance ads with compelling copy and visuals.
- Email Marketing Proficiency:Â Experience with email design and platforms like Klayvio (training provided if needed).
- Content Editing Skills:Â Proficient in Photoshop, video editing, and audio addition for social media content. Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Excellent English:Â Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking:Â Ability to develop and implement creative strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Organizational Skills:Â Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
