Fraym, a technology company working to map humanity, is seeking an ambitious self-starter to join their Experience Team. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled email marketing professional to work closely with the Director of Experience and the Digital Marketing Lead to execute a multi-channel marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing (80% of time):
- Produce and execute email campaigns, including building emails, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
- Manage and execute the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize customer data to drive message and content personalization.
- Devise and execute A/B tests, record results, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure.
- Perform render testing to ensure emails are displaying correctly across devices and email clients.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and continuously seek ways to improve overall programs.
Events (20% of time):
- Manage Fraym’s event marketing, including exhibit preparation, event promotion, and collateral creation.
Brand Management:
- Ensure all branded materials adhere to brand guidelines and content guidelines.
- Proofread marketing materials with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an email marketing program.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot).
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally.
- Experience building email marketing campaigns from scratch.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B testing, and other CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong project management abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency or comparable in-house marketing roles.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional verbal communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working with startups or early-stage companies.
- B2G (marketing to USG) or B2B experience.
